Purchase type

The LingoSprout Foundation Pack is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription. It does not charge monthly or annually. Effective October 1, 2026. Support: 279694479@qq.com.

Included content

There are 10 free groups. The pack includes 1,000 core groups and 110 supplementary practice groups across six directions in Chinese, English and Japanese. Future separate products are not promised free. The purchase-time product description defines access.

Payment

Price, currency and taxes follow the App Store product and Apple confirmation. Apple processes payment. Access starts after successful verification. If delayed, restore purchases or contact support instead of paying again.

Account and restoration

Sign in to the LingoSprout account you intend to keep. Purchases are linked to that account and Apple purchase records and cannot freely transfer to another app account. Restore using the original app and purchasing Apple accounts after reinstalling or changing devices. Different sign-in methods do not automatically merge. Contact support before deleting an account if you need help understanding restoration.

Refunds and deletion

Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility depends on Apple and applicable law. Refunded or revoked transactions lose their corresponding access. Deleting an account or uninstalling does not request a refund. This product has no automatic renewal to cancel.

Support

For access issues, send a description and a non-sensitive order reference, never passwords or full payment credentials. These terms apply alongside the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy without limiting statutory consumer rights.
