Accounts and conduct

You may use guest access, a password account or Sign in with Apple. Protect your credentials, respect others and do not disrupt services or bypass paid access. Password and Apple sign-in can create separate accounts; automatic merging is not supported. Minors should use and purchase under guardian guidance.

Content

Use materials for personal learning and respect authors and applicable licenses. Some examples come from sources such as Tatoeba; attribution and license details appear in the content source information. Translations, pronunciation guides and speech may contain errors. Report issues through feedback. Materials are not professional advice or proficiency certification.

Purchases and availability

Paid access is governed by the Membership and Purchase Terms. Apple’s confirmation shows the actual product and price. You can sign out or delete your account; export local data first. We may maintain or adjust services, reasonably notify material changes affecting purchases, and handle affected rights under applicable law. Networks, devices and system services may affect availability.

Your rights

These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights. Contact support to resolve issues; unresolved disputes are handled under applicable law by competent authorities. The app software license is governed by Apple’s standard EULA. Material terms changes will state their effective date.
