Purchases and restoration

In the iOS app, sign in to the original LingoSprout account and purchasing Apple Account, open the course pack and select Restore Purchases. The web version offers free practice.

Accounts and privacy

Clear local progress in Settings or delete your account on the account page. Deletion or uninstalling does not request a refund. Export any data you need first.

Speech and feedback

Speech uses system voices for the selected language. Recording and recognition require compatible devices and permission. Send your device, OS version and issue description, never passwords.
