Accounts
Guest access is available. Password accounts use a username and a password hash, not a plaintext password. Sign in with Apple verifies identity credentials and stores an app-specific user identifier without requesting your name or email. We store account, session and purchase entitlement records.
Optional password storage on this device
The server stores password hashes, never plaintext passwords. If you opt in to remembering sign-in details, iOS stores them in this device’s protected Keychain for future form filling, without uploading them as learning data or syncing them across devices. Turning the option off or deleting your account removes the credentials saved by this app. Items in Apple’s Passwords app remain under your control.
Learning and audio
Progress, favorites and preferences are primarily stored on your device, without cross-device progress sync. iOS practice recordings are temporarily processed on-device and cleared when leaving practice; they are not uploaded to our servers. System speech and recognition may download Apple voices or models. Browser speech is provided by the browser or operating system supplier under its own policies.
Feedback, payments and hosting
Feedback sends the expression identifier, language direction, content version and your message; avoid sensitive information. Apple processes payments. We retain product, transaction, environment, refund and account linkage records to verify and restore access, not full payment card details. Our service uses Alibaba Cloud infrastructure. Connection and security logs may contain IP addresses. Apple and infrastructure providers process their service data under applicable policies. We do not sell personal information or use advertising or third-party behavioral analytics.
Retention and choices
Data is retained as needed for service delivery, security and applicable legal requirements. Settings lets you clear local learning data; the account page lets you delete your account and sessions. Necessary transaction records may remain for refunds, verification and fraud prevention. Account deletion is not a refund. Apple authorization can also be revoked in your Apple Account settings. Contact us to request access, correction, export or deletion of server data; we verify identity before acting.
Permissions and changes
Microphone access is for practice you start; other learning features work without it. Minors should use and purchase under guardian guidance. We update this date when the policy changes and explain material changes in relevant features.
